Creating an OOC Thread

- Why create OOC thread (check interest, please to store profiles, conversation about plot, etc.)
- Few things to ask yourself (What you want to role-play, how many people would you like to join, is it a loose plot, etc)
- Bumping (remember to avoid bumping a topic *I don't know if there will be a bump button or not on the new forum, so this may be changed later)
